I published to Azure to see if Oqtane but only get a blank screen like IIS.

I also tried to run a CI on Azure DevOps and I got this error.
C:\Users\VssAdministrator\.nuget\packages\microsoft.extensions.apidescription.server\0.3.0-preview7.19365.7\build\Microsoft.Extensions.ApiDescription.Server.targets(41,5): Error MSB3073: The command "dotnet "C:\Users\VssAdministrator\.nuget\packages\microsoft.extensions.apidescription.server\0.3.0-preview7.19365.7\build\/../tools/dotnet-getdocument.dll" --assembly "d:\a\1\s\Oqtane.Server\bin\Release\netcoreapp3.0\Oqtane.Server.dll" --file-list "obj\Oqtane.Server.OpenApiFiles.cache" --framework ".NETCoreApp,Version=v3.0" --output "obj" --project "Oqtane.Server" --assets-file "d:\a\1\s\Oqtane.Server\obj\project.assets.json" --platform "AnyCPU" " exited with code 7.
Process 'msbuild.exe' exited with code '1'.

Any idea?

Thanks

In the case of Azure hosting, it stops at this line and goes no further.
blazor.server.js:1 [2019-11-08T21:43:00.407Z] Information: Normalizing '_blazor' to xxxx
