I just started poking around the project, will it be possible to load a module as a Nuget package?

Yes, that is the plan. I have been focusing on that area recently and I posted an example Blog module which contains a *.nuspec file that allows you to package the module as a Nuget package. Currently that Nuget package can be copied to the /wwwroot/Modules folder and when the framework starts up it will install the module automatically. You can also run Oqtane and login and go to the Admin/Module Management area and upload the Nuget package interactively and it will install it as well ( Themes work in a similar way ). In the future I can imagine the ability to consume a Nuget package interactively from a Nuget feed.
